As much as I am opposed to chain hotels, these boutique faves are an excuse to get dressed up and explore the breathtaking towering views of Bangkok at night. It goes without saying, but most of these open air spots are standing room only.
If you want to dine, book a reservation WAY in advance people, like when you’re booking your travel or right after you book your airline ticket. Also, most of these places do not allow cameras or photos to be taken. Ask first and don’t’ assume its ok to proceed! Get an early start and arrive late afternoon or for happy hour.
